The third SFL Championship Game historically, the matchup lived up to the hype as the Storm dethroned the 4x defending champion Baltimore Vultures by scoring more points in a Championship than any other team in history. It was Florida's first Championship since completing the three-peat in Season 12.

SEASON 20: BALTIMORE 42, ARIZONA 27

The second time in SFL history we got a rematch of the previous season's Championship but unlike its Season 11 predecessor that crowned the first 14-0 unbeaten champion in league history, the APF era went out with a whimper and a dominating performance by the now 4x defending champs.

Season 19: Baltimore 27, Arizona 24 (OT)

The first SFL Championship to go to overtime, this game will forever be remembered for its wild and wacky fourth quarter and a late face mask call prior to an interception return that sealed the fate of the Scorpions.

SEASON 18: BALTIMORE 38, LONE STAR 24

Warren Murray following the passing of his mother, turned in an all-time performance for Baltimore, who topped Lone Star in its final game before being sold and relocated to San Antonio the following season.

Trying to avoid back-to-back championship losses, the Florida Storm were unable to rekindle the fire of a past dynasty as Baltimore started its own with a late defensive stand.

In a Championship rematch from Season 12, the Denver Nightwings rode the leg of a Hall-of-Famer - Kramer Jackman - in one of the most thrilling SFL Championships in history.

SEASON 15: BALTIMORE 27, SIOUX FALLS 19

Heartbreak again for Sioux Falls after both teams won on the road in the semifinals, it was the No. 4 seed Vultures who claimed their first title with defense and special teams - the first road team to win a title since Season 10.

SEASON 14: ATLANTA 27, SIOUX FALLS 10

MVP Marcus Dunhill goes out in style, winning Atlanta and himself the first and only title for both. The game may be most known for its Halftime Show that featured a live band on the field.

After a heartbreaking loss in the snow the season before, the Denver Nightwings got over the hump behind their superstar running back and took down the giant-killer Tyrants, who managed to dethrone the 3x defending champ Storm on their way to the Championship.

SEASON 12: ALASKA 37, DENVER 35

Dynasty capped in a winter wonderland, some call it the best SFL Championship Game ever as the Storm won their third-straight title cementing themselves as the league's second-ever dynasty.

SEASON 11: ALASKA 22, TALLAHASSEE 17

Alaska becomes the first team in SFL history to complete an undefeated season since the league moved to a 12-game regular season in the first Championship rematch from the previous season.

SEASON 8: QUEEN CITY 24, DALLAS 17

The league's first dynasty cemented as the 6-loss Queen City Corsairs went on another postseason run to stun the Dallas Ruffnecks at home for Queen City's fourth championship in eight seasons.

SEASON 7: MINNEAPOLIS 38, LOUISVILLE 24

An undefeated Wolfpack team clashed with the only other team to finish a season undefeated - Minneapolis - and met their match with the Maulers, who spoiled the dominant Louisville team's chances of ever winning a SFL title. Both teams folded after that season in a league shakeup.

SEASON 6: QUEEN CITY 44, HOUSTON 34

Nearly breaking its own record for points scored in a SFL Championship Game, Queen City won its third ring and Houston has yet to make it back to the big one.

PLAYER OF THE GAME: QUEEN CITY WR JAKE LEGACY - 220 YDS, 3 TD

SEASON 5: D.C. 31, SANTA FE 30

D.C. won three road games to claim the title, league HQ suffered a power malfunction to its systems that interrupted - but by a miracle did not lose - the game, which was plugged into a different breaker. It turned out to be one of the greatest games in league history and was the first to feature in-studio commentary from others besides Irvine.

SEASON 4: MINNEAPOLIS 42, ORLANDO 24

The Maulers introduced an all-pass offense and couldn't be stopped all season long, shattering records that stand to this day, despite just a 8-game regular season. The league instituted new rules the next season to improve on realism standards the league has kept ever since.

After the San Francisco Bulldogs upset the unbeaten Baltimore Crabs on the road in the semifinals, they came up short on one of just two SFL games to have ever ended with a game-winning safety.

An epic shootout, the highest scoring Championship in league history, the New York Knights outlasted the Oklahoma City Renegades to start the SFL history books with an instant classic.
