Playoff Picture Entering Week 15

With one week remaining in the SFL regular season, the league has finalized its Week 15 schedule and released the updated playoff picture.

Week 15 Schedule:

Friday night, the Florida Storm will attempt to launch themselves on a late-season championship run with a win at home vs. Baltimore. The Vultures have locked up a first-round bye but are still in contention for the No. 1 seed. A win will lock it up, but a loss will open the door to Washington and many others hoping to get the top spot.

Saturday is headlined by the West Division. A Washington win locks up the division title, but a Washington loss + a Vancouver win will give the Legion the division title. Lexington still has an outside shot to make the playoffs with their impressive winning resume, but must get a win and some help.

After Saturday's games have concluded, the league will once again host its Scenario Show, where it's analytical team will break down the final 16 possibilities heading into the last two nights of the regular season.

Sunday will shift focus to the South, where Houston and Mexico City - both still with a shot at the South crown - will be playing simultaneous. The HeadHunters have the Steamers, who are clinging to the No. 12 seed heading into the weekend. Mexico City has the Scorpions, who's playoff chances are as slim as D.C. at 5-6. In the nightcap, Albuquerque heads to Fort Worth where the Toros will be looking to secure a wild card spot. Albuquerque can also win the South and they'll know what they need to do just that after Houston and Mexico City have played their final games of the regular season earlier in the day.

The Monday Night Spectacular heads to Vegas where the Sin City Samurai are trying to make the playoffs and prevent Minnesota from a Central Division title. If the Legend lose, the Denver Nightwings (on bye) will win the Central, which will likely come with a first-round home playoff game.

There's so much on the line and it all starts Friday night at 7:15 pm ET with the Matt Willson SFL Kickoff Show.
