The Read Option: Season 25 Milestone Guide

It’s been a minute. And by “a”, I mean “two.”

And by “minute”, I mean “seasons.” Yeah, that long. But The Read Option is back after a hiatus. For those who spent time beneath a rock waiting for TRO’s return, what changed in two seasons?

Quick recap: Mexico City wins title. Mexico City wins again. That team from Detroit is now Washington. Indianapolis is now Detroit. Atlanta is gone. So is Nashville. Canton is now Sin City. The Revolution is over, but the Renegades have returned. Queen City went 0-12, changed their bright green pirate dude and fought to 6-6 last season. The South Division is still a gauntlet.

OK, all caught up.

As the drama intensifies with Season 25, there is much to celebrate and anticipate. Among those worthy to recognize are those who are on the precipice of earning big statistical milestones.

Make sure to mark this article throughout the season to keep tabs on some of the following impressive feats that are either about to happen or perhaps later this silver anniversaried season.

To help give you some guidance as to when these milestones are likely to hit, use my handy dandy key right below, so you can circle the weeks on your calendar and ensure you witness greatness. Some - marked in a spiffy royal blue even earned their milestone in Week 1. All stats are as of the start of Week 2.

Congrats to all who are on the doorstep of something special. And now, your milestone guide...
